What are the arrival and departure times?

By Air:
The closest airport is Ballina Byron Gateway Airport (BNK) — approximately 30 minutes from Villa Riad.

Alternatively, Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is approximately 50–60 minutes away.

Both airports offer regular domestic flights.

Transfers:
Participants are responsible for organising their own transfers. We can recommend shuttle services if needed.

Car hire is also an option if you prefer flexibility.

How do I get to Byron Bay?

Accommodation is boutique luxury within Villa Riad.

Room allocation (private or shared suite) will be confirmed upon booking and reflected in the investment tier selected. All rooms are beautifully appointed and consistent with the premium nature of the retreat.

What type of accommodation is included?

Yes. Many participants choose to arrive early or stay on in Byron Bay. Accommodation outside retreat dates is not included, but we are happy to recommend options.

Can I extend my stay?

You should have:
  • An established studio or Pilates business
  • A team (or at minimum subcontractors/instructors)
  • Consistent revenue and operational structure
